Quoting your work

The more information you have to provide us the more precise the cost estimate we can provide. We will need to know things like: size, print process required (e.g. foil / letterpress / emboss / digital / colours), quantity, stock (paper) and if you already have artwork – even better. The more information you can provide the better.

If you are still trying to establish as to what you want – please call us -we have a wealth of experience in “print land” and can hopefully head you in the right direction!

We don’t have standard price lists per se as each job is as unique as the next and there are many variables to take into consideration when printing bespoke stationery – Please contact us to discuss your print requirements and we are more than happy to quote your job for you.

Artwork / Design

We like to work with print ready files. Preferably vector files.

If you don’t have any art work – that is OK – we can help by either putting you in contact with one of the very talented designers we work with – Or we can assist you directly develop up your art. Call us to discuss what you would like to achieve and – we will work with you to find the best outcome.

We have a number of paper stocks on offer. As well as standard white stocks in coated and uncoated / thin and thick – we can also offer an array of coloured papers and cards.

How long do we take?

We are efficient – but giving time estimates is a bit like a piece of string. The time needed to turn around a job is determined by the number and kind of print processes involved. On Average, we typically we turn your job around in 5-10 working days. If you need it sooner – let’s talk and we can see what is achievable.

Proofing and Press Check

Most of our print processes require pates to be made to achieve the final “look”. Unlike digital printing we cannot make samples of your job when letterpress printing, foiling or embossing. We will use PDFs for you to approve and once the art work is approved by you – we will proceed to print. (We generally won’t provide you with a PDF proof if you have provided us with finished PDF artwork).

Payment Terms

Unless on account with us – we require a non-refundable 50% payment upfront and remainder of the payment pre-dispatch. We take credit card payment (small surcharge applies) or direct transfer.
